Tim Reid is a sophisticated real estate investor, Realtor, real estate investing mentor, author, speaker, entrepreneur, telecommunications engineer turned “lifestyle engineer”. 

Born in the Ottawa Valley of southern Ontario, Tim worked his way up the corporate ladder at Multi-national Corporation with over 4000 employees operating in over 150 countries for over a decade. During this time Tim founded Phoenix Real Estate Investing Inc. finding his passion for real estate investing.

Then in 2015 added a training/coaching division of the Phoenix Real Estate group after seeing a huge lack of top-notch real estate training options for Canadians. Built on the principles of Integrity, community, networking and working together Tim has expanded the Phoenix Real Estate group to operate and conduct business in over 10 markets in North America.

February of 2016 Tim decided to leave the corporate world to run the Phoenix Group/investing business full time, which has expanded into other businesses such as commercial development, real estate broker services in Calgary and southern Alberta

A published author and regular contributor to real estate magazines, Tim was also recently interviewed by CBC NEWS, GlobalTV, is an expert columnist for Business Edge Magazine and has been published in 2 books including the best seller Success in the New Economy with Brian Tracy.  Within his first 2 years of running the Phoenix Real Estate group Tim was named Investor of the year by a National Real Estate club. Since getting his real estate licence he has earned the honor of #3 Top Producing Agent At comox realty for 2023 and 2024 to which he credits his amazing clients for their support. 

Tim has executed real estate deals that have netted over 250,000 profit, has transacted on over 8 Million dollars of real estate in his first 8 years, specializing in the creative side of real estate he is extremely passionate about helping others learn the skills they need to build wealth in this arena avoiding the pitfalls that many new and experienced investors face.
